Events

Liz’s events are all about connecting directly with Wauwatosa students, families, educators, and community members — and enjoying good company and conversation along the way. All events can be found on Liz's Facebook page, as well. https://www.facebook.com/lizfortosaschools/

Wine.jpg

Come hang out with us on Friday, February 6, 2026, from 6:30–8:00 p.m. for a relaxed, adults‑night‑out style fundraiser supporting Liz Heimerl‑Rolland’s school board re‑election.
Our sommelier will be pouring a fantastic lineup of wines from a California winery whose owners are from Wauwatosa, so every glass will have local roots!
We’ll have wine, non‑alcoholic drinks, and snacks, with a suggested donation of $50 per person.

RSVP to kellyngoldmann@gmail.com for the address—come raise a glass, catch up with neighbors, and help keep Liz working for Tosa kids!

Donuts.jpg

Join Liz on February 7th for donuts in the pocket park across from Cranky Als! While you’re there, pick up a yard sign to show your support. If you can’t make it, no worries—you can request a sign anytime on the website. RSVP here

Spend your no-school morning at Cookies & Crafts with Liz!

Meet and chat with Liz while your kids enjoy simple crafts and treats.

We’ll also celebrate We Love Public Schools Week by:

Hosting a “thank you” card station where students, families, and staff can write notes to the lawmakers who consistently show up for our public schools and to our AMAZING teachers and school staff who show up every day for our students!

Writing respectful but firm messages to legislators who have not yet been champions for public schools, urging them to listen to our communities and support strong, well-funded neighborhood schools.

Stop by, grab a card, and add your voice—whether it’s a note of appreciation or a call to do better, our representatives need to hear that we love our public schools and expect them to do the same.

Drop in anytime between 10-12 in the Firefly Room at the Wauwatosa Public Library.
